Cooking Instructions
PREPARATION Peel tomatillos Peel garlic clove Coarsely chop cilantro Finely dice white onion COOKING Boil tomatillos 15 to 20 minutes Drain, reserving 1/ cup liquid Place the tomatillos, pepper and garlic in a blender Blend at slow speed, adding reserved liquid as needed. Process until slightly chunky Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl Add cilantro, onion and salt SERVING Mix well and serve with chips
