Sage Sausage and Cranberry Stuffing
Bob Evans makes a breakfast sausage that has sage in it but any will do. This is a huge favorite at our holiday meals!

arrow_right Sage Sausage Roll, 1 lb package
 arrow_right Butter, 1/2 cup
 arrow_right Celery, 6 stalks
 arrow_right Onions, 2 med
 arrow_right Herb flavor stuffing mix packages, 24 oz
 arrow_right Dried cranberries, 1 cup

Cooking Instructions

 Finely dice celery stalks and onions
 Preheat oven to 325 F
 Cook stuffing according to package, substituting chicken broth for water
 Meanwhile, crumble and cook sausage in small skillet. When browned, remove from pan.
 In same skillet, melt butter and saute celery and onions until softened.
 In large bowl, combine stuffing, celery, onions, sausage, and cranberries.
 Cover and bake for 1 hour
