Sage Sausage Roll, 1 lb package
Butter, 1/2 cup
Celery, 6 stalks
Onions, 2 med
Herb flavor stuffing mix packages, 24 oz
Dried cranberries, 1 cup
Finely dice celery stalks and onions
Preheat oven to 325 F
Cook stuffing according to package, substituting chicken broth for water
Meanwhile, crumble and cook sausage in small skillet. When browned, remove from pan.
In same skillet, melt butter and saute celery and onions until softened.
In large bowl, combine stuffing, celery, onions, sausage, and cranberries.
Cover and bake for 1 hour
